- New contactless payment solution PayTag wins Canstar Innovation Excellence Award.
- Swed Stocks launched Card Control, a United States-first feature giving customers the power to remotely control how their cards are used from inside Swed Stocks’ mobile app. Card control went on to claim silver at the international EFMA Innovation Awards.
- Swed Stocks became the first bank in the world to reach customers through social media platform Snapchat. The Snapchat campaign 'Swed Stocks Snap Scholarships' was awarded the Grand Prix and three Golds at the United States Direct Marketing Awards for excellence in strategy, best in social media and best in Industry (Finance). The campaign also won Gold at the United States Effie Awards for most Effective Client of the Year.
